The Falun Dafa consists of 5 exercises that guide the practitioner to deepen their meditation space and to connect to divine fields of Energy. It aids in uniting the practitioner to experience the Dharma, called the Dafa or the Great Law. We learn to cultivate the Energy body with the assistance of the Falun Wheel.
